It follows a team of British intelligence agents who serve as MI5’s culling department due to their career-ending mistakes. In the end credits, under “Camera Trainees”, you can see Alfie Oldman, Gary Oldman’s son.
That said, the casting is spot on, everyone is great

Slough House is exactly how I imagined it
A huge shout out to the location scouts too. The atmosphere, intrigue, and pacing are just as good as in Tinker, Tailor, Soldier, Spy.
I’m on the fourth episode and can’t stop
I loved the books and I’m so glad this one didn’t get the over-the-top Hollywood treatment that these things usually get. It has retained the griminess and humor that have made the books so enjoyable.
